Al Brodie is a Principal Solution Manager for BMC Helix Continuous Optimization and BMC Helix Platform. Al joined BMC Software 2 years ago after a lengthy career in Sales, Sales Management and Marketing in both the IT and Telecom industry.

Alan Warhurst has been in the IT industry for 20 years and at BMC since 2014. He is currently a Senior Manager Product Management in the ZSO organization responsible for the Storage Management products as well as future strategy and direction. He also has special responsibility for the Mainframe Executive Council and BMC's Annual Mainframe Survey.

Alan previously spent many years working in the logistics industry in a variety of roles, including System’s Programmer, Data Center Manager, Head of Application Platform Support and Infrastructure Architect.

Alden Globe (Steamboat Springs, CO) is a BMC Senior Value Engineer who works with global business customers, matching business needs to technology capabilities and benefits. Alden’s career has been focused on helping customers speed access to knowledge using technologies that improve the productivity of office workers, IT staff, and software developers. The author of four books, his innovative work has helped build the business case for digital transformation and IT process improvements in manufacturing, aviation and other industries.

Allison Cramer joined BMC in 2015 and serves as Senior Director and Head of Strategic Marketing & Thought Leadership. Prior to BMC, Allison was Director of Product Marketing for Continuous Delivery at CA Technologies playing a lead role in DevOps. Before joining CA, Allison held leadership positions at Dell and Cummins.

She began her career in the consulting industry with Arthur Andersen and BearingPoint with a focus on Federal Government. Allison earned her MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and has a BSBA in International Business from American University. She is also very involved with Girl Scouts of America and Autism Awareness.

Alon Lebenthal is a Senior Manager in the Digital Business Automation Solutions Marketing in BMC Software. Alon has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, joining BMC Software in 1999 with the acquisition of New Dimension Software. Alon is a regular speaker in Big Data conferences and BMC events around the world.

Ann Irza is a Principal Solution Marketing Manager at BMC with over 20 years’ experience working with companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Throughout her career she has worked in marketing, sales, engineering, and program management. Ann enjoys working with sales and delivery teams to develop solutions that will help end users achieve their technical and business objectives.

Anne Hoelscher is a Director of R&D at BMC Software responsible for a diverse product portfolio. Anne is involved in many initiatives around Mainframe Modernization and supporting a new generation of mainframe talent. She has participated in panels and SIGs for IDUG and SHARE and enjoys making new connections in the mainframe space. Anne has over 35 years of mainframe experience including 9 at BMC.

April Hickel is Global Vice President of Strategy for Orchestration and Automation at BMC Software, where she shapes the strategic direction of the Control-M portfolio—BMC’s platform for orchestrating application, data, and AI workflows across hybrid environments at enterprise scale.

During his tenure, he led a significant transformation of CA into higher-growth businesses including infrastructure software management, security, automation, and DevOps.

Ayman previously served as senior vice president at Cisco Systems where he led the Network Operating System Technology Group, responsible for the software on which nearly every Cisco networking product runs. He helped Cisco pioneer the programmable networks arena and drove innovation broadly across networking software, which enabled the evolution of the intelligent network to support application awareness and the Internet of Things.

Ayman holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Cairo University.

Basil joined BMC in 2003 and has worked in several different technical and management roles within Control-M and Remedy product lines. He is currently working as a Principal Solutions Marketing manager for Control-M where his areas of focus include DevOps, big data and cloud. Basil has an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston. He has more than 15 years’ experience in technology that spans Software Development, Customer Support, Marketing, Business Planning and Knowledge Management.

Bharat Saxena has over 15 years of experience in software product development, and has worked in various stages, from coding to managing a product. With BMC, he supports the AMI Ops Monitoring for Db2 product development team. Bharat holds Masters in Data Science and Engineering from BITS, Pilani. His current active areas of research are conversational AI and algorithmic bias in AI.

Bill Clayton is a Principal Consultant for BMC AMI DevX. He specializes in Test Data Management and has been with the company for over 20 years. He has worked with many of BMC’s customers in finance, health insurance, and government. Prior to joining BMC, Bill worked in tech for financial and manufacturing organizations in Europe and the USA.

Blain Johnson began his technology career in Enterprise Software Sales in 1998 focusing his early days driving enterprise systems management business value for Fortune 500 end users with the world’s largest SI’s and Outsourcers. Prior to BMC’s 2020 Compuware acquisition, in 2016 Blain joined Compuware and lead the sales team to win their flagship Mainframe Development Modernization Customer, American Express. He then initiated and grew Compuware’s Partnership organization globally, focusing on helping partners add mainframe development innovation and agility for their end users. In a continuation of that role, he now represents BMC’s mainframe portfolio to all BMC partners in North America. Bob has been programming, designing, developing and managing mainframe projects for the IBM Z since 1970. Bob has performed virtually every function within Technology over the years: Abend-AID development manager, support and maintenance management, developer of new products, beta management, product management and 3rd party technical relationships to name a few. Chad Reiber is a Sr. Principal Software Engineer at BMC Software, bringing a wealth of experience in the IT and database arenas. He began his career at AT&T in 1983 as a developer of data generator software, later moving into database administration with expertise in IMS, IDMS, and Db2. Chad has been working specifically with Db2 since 1987 and joined BMC Software in 1997. With more than 19 years in technology product marketing and management, Criss Scruggs currently drives outbound marketing programs for Digital Business Automation including Big Data and DevOps initiatives at BMC. Additional areas of focus at BMC included solutions marketing for IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, and Mobile Device Management. Prior to BMC, Scruggs spent several years with other IT organizations focused on Systems and Applications Performance Management, VMware Management, and VoIP/Unified Communications Management businesses and several years in product management with Compaq/HP. Scruggs holds a master of business administration degree from The Jones Graduate School of Management, Rice University and a bachelor of arts degree in advertising from the University of Oklahoma.

Cristina is the Sr. Solutions Marketing Manager for BMC AMI Data solutions, where she leads strategic initiatives that connect product innovation with market impact. Dave joined BMC in November 2022 as the VP of R&D across the Mainframe product portfolio. In this role, Dave is responsible for all aspects of design, delivery and new technology innovation for BMCs market-leading monitor, DevX and AI-related products. He has a track record of helping teams transform into modern agile development organizations leveraging the best of the creative talent that exists in the organization and delivering innovative and delightful products and solutions to customers.

Dave was previously with IBM for over 30 years, responsible for development, support and, services across such products as CICS, MQSeries, WebSphere, Db2, and most recently the head of Development for the IBM z/OS operating system.

David Lea is the Senior Product Owner for BMC AMI Security. Having spent seven years in mainframe security consulting he transitioned into his current role and is focused on converting technical knowledge into product enhancements. An advocate for Agile, David is passionate about all things mainframe security and works closely with customers driving modernization into the BMC AMI security portfolio.

David Schipper is a principal product manager at BMC Software, responsible for BMC AMI Data for IMS and BMC AMI Data for Db2 products. As product manager, David works with customers to understand their needs and uses that information to set product directions and prioritize new product capabilities as he interfaces with the development teams. David has over 40 years of experience with mainframe systems and has been in product management for over 20 years.

David has Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Engineering and also in Applied Mathematics from the University of Michigan as well as a Master of Science in Computer, Information and Control Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Devin Berchtold is a Mainframe Software Developer currently working on Strobe at BMC AMI DevX. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering. In his spare time, Devin enjoys video games, cooking, camping, and long walks on the beach.

DiAnna Huntsman is the Area Vice President and Global Practice Lead for BMC’s Applications Managed Service (AMS). In this role, she is responsible for developing practice delivery strategies, methodologies, scoping, enablement, corporate alignment, and service offerings for both Helix and On-Premise AMS offerings.

DiAnna has over 30-years’ experience in operations as well as 17-years of global managed service and service delivery experience spanning the financial services and tech industries. Her primary expertise is leading managed services teams and building service delivery capabilities to achieve best-in-class service and enhanced performance. She has worked in most phases of the application lifecycle, from concept and requirements, to deployment and support, with emphasis in ongoing support and service.

Prior to BMC, DiAnna served as Principal and Global Services Delivery Manager for Microsoft’s Advertising Operations business and leading the Global Helpdesk supporting Microsoft’s Enterprise business processing platform. Earlier in her career, DiAnna spent 23 years in the Financial Services industry running credit card operations for Citibank and Toyota Financial Services. DiAnna holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing her MBA for University of Phoenix. DiAnna is ITIL® Foundations 4 Certified, is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt and Master Kaizen Coach.

Duncan is the banking and financial services industry leader at BMC. He has been working for more than 25 years at the intersection of technology and finance, and specializes in using technology and data to solve complex business problems.

He has worked on solutions in many aspects of financial services, including retail banking, payments, credit risk, insurance, and wealth management. He has extensive experience with data analytics and AI, and has had the opportunity to apply it in the fields of cybersecurity, fraud prevention, trading and risk.

Duncan has built and developed industry teams for a number of software companies and is focused on leading the banking and financial services strategy at BMC.

Eduarda is the former Chief Customer Officer at BMC. A 25-year technology professional, she has lived in Portugal, Spain, Japan, Germany, and the US. Edward Shim is the Senior Product Owner for BMC AMI Security. Prior to BMC, he helped lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) for one of the largest universities in California, specializing in incident response, SIEM engineering, and security operations. Edward holds several certifications to include the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and SANS GIAC certifications such as the GSEC, GCIH, GPEN, GMON, and GDAT. Edward also served in the United States Army and United States Peace Corps.

Dr. Elizabeth Maxwell has been assisting international customers to modernize in place over the past decade. Her team of senior architect have vast experience in working with customers to leverage their assets while improving the developer experience. Elizabeth also leads transformational projects with some of the largest customers in the world, encompassing all aspects from technical to cultural change. She is an evidence-based evangelist of the Mainframe.

Engel Martin is Sr. Director of Service Portfolio Management with Customer Success at BMC Software. In this role, he leads the strategy and definition of BMC’s Services Offering Portfolio as well as collaborates on all go-to-market efforts and supports sales outreach to customers. Currently, Engel is evolving BMC’s premium and subscription service offerings by transforming the customer experience engaging services as well as delivering greater value from BMC solutions and accelerating their digital transformation goals.

Currently BMC's chief AI architect, Erhan Giral has been working in the software intelligence space for fifteen years and holds various patents related to operational intelligence and application monitoring fields. Previously, Erhan worked on various graph-based reasoning frameworks, and monitoring solutions servicing diverse industries.

Eric Newcomer is Principal Analyst and CTO at Intellyx, a technology analysis firm focused on enterprise digital transformation.

He previously served as CTO at WSO2 and at IONA, led Security Architecture for Citi’s consumer banking, and was Chief Architect for Citi and Credit Suisse’s trade and investment divisions.

Eric is an internationally recognized expert in transaction processing, integration and cloud migration, having contributed to many industry standards including OSGi, Eclipse, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, AMQP, and more. His textbooks, including Principles of Transaction Processing, Understanding Web Services, and Understanding SOA with Web Services are used at universities around the world.

Flora Tramontano Guerritore, Lead Solution Marketing Manager at BMC in Rome, Italy, drives Solution Marketing efforts for solution messages and positioning, products, sales plays, and use cases that support the Digital Business Automation marketing program. With deep domain expertise and staying current on key industry trends and hot topics, Flora applies her mindset to understand customer goals and the value they can derive from Digital Business Automation solutions. Flora built her technical foundation in IBM, working in various roles in engineering, software development and customer support. Prior to joining BMC, Flora served for 10 years as the Worldwide Product and Offering Manager for IBM’s z/OS and distributed Workload Automation products, directing key technical and marketing tasks, which included business analysis, product roadmap and strategy, as well as the development of messaging, collaterals, and content delivery at customer briefings and events.

Gianni Stella is a BMC consultant with more than 15 years of experience with BMC’s products. He joined the company in 2012 and helps clients across diverse industries including Telecommunications, Banking, Insurance, and Pharmaceutical as well as Italian government agencies. As part of the ITSM consulting practice, Gianni delivers services on various client projects in South Central Europe helping customers to deploy, maintain and upgrade BMC solutions. Gianni has an engineering degree from the University of Rome as well as holds certifications as a Certified ITIL® Expert and a BMC Certified Professional.

Gil has over two decades of hands-on experience in mainframe system programming and data management, as well as a deep understanding of methods of operation, components, and diagnostic tools. Gil previously worked at IBM in the US and in Israel in mainframe storage development and data management practices as well as at Infinidat and XIV. He is the co-author of eight IBM Redbooks on z/OS implementation.

Girish Sane is a Director in Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) Group at BMC. He heads the Common Service Group in IT which is responsible for Solution Architecture , Automation and Capacity Management and Data Center Infrastructure Management in BMC IS&T .

Girish joined BMC in 2006 and has since taken on multiple areas of responsibility managing Networking & Telephony, Application Infrastructure, Information Security, and Platform Services teams. He has more than 27 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management and Consulting and has previously worked with NEC Corporation and Accenture Consulting in the U.S before relocating back to India.

Glenn Everitt joined BMC as part of the Compuware acquisition and is now working with AI/ML Operations Monitoring Products as a Principal Product Manager. Prior to Compuware he was the Chief Architect of a startup company’s core application acquired by Compuware. Glenn has architected products that run on Mobile, Windows, Linux and Mainframe platforms. He is actively involved in technical due diligence and patent review for BMC.

Grant is an Information Security veteran whose career has spanned numerous technologies including Endpoint, Web, Server, Cloud and Data Security. At BMC his focus is helping large enterprises integrate mainframes into their security strategies.

Greg Bukowski, Strategic CTO, helps customers understand how BMC’s technology solutions drive their business initiatives. Greg began his career as a Java architect and business analyst at Northern Trust, and then continued at Solstice and HomeDirectUSA before joining BMC Software in 2010. He has held positions as technology solutions director and advisory architect, and specializes in cloud computing, runbook and datacenter automation, APM, application discovery and resiliency, and DevOps. Greg received his BS in computer engineering at University of Notre Dame and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Guy Eden is responsible for product management for the Digital Business Automation product line, joining BMC in 2018. Prior to BMC, Guy was VP Product Management at the financial markets infrastructure provider Traiana, now owned by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and before that Head of Product Management at the London Stock Exchange, where he grew the Exchange’s UnaVista service from its infancy. Many of Guy’s previous roles were at SunGard (now FIS), including Solutions Director, responsible for inbound and outbound product management, and Global Customer Support Manager, with responsibility for keeping customers’ mission critical financial messaging systems running 24x7 globally.

Guy holds a BSc. In Mathematics and Physics from The University of Manchester, and carried out particle physics research at the Weizmann Institute of Science.

Hari Parekh is a Customer Success Executive with BMC and has been part of the BMC Strategic and Transformation practice for over seven years. He has extensive experience helping customers to realize the value of their investment in BMC solutions. Hari works with customers to optimize and align their operating and delivery model through effective processes, people capabilities, and governance structure that are enabled by technology. Prior to BMC, Hari worked for Computer Sciences Corporation for nearly 20 years. He has strong commercial and technical understanding which he leverages to help customers overcome challenges while operating in complex environments.
Hari has deep understanding of healthcare, financial services, telecoms, manufacturing and highly regulated industries including oil, gas and nuclear. He has led engagements for some of the largest global organizations from establishing the business problem and building the business case to architecting the target operating model and delivering to requirements as well as benefits case.
Hari holds B.Sc. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of South Africa and an MBA from Open University. He holds multiple certifications including ITIL V3 and Advanced Practitioner in Managing Successful Programs (MSP).

Haroon Ahmed is the Vice President of R&D for BMC Software, Inc. In this role, he oversees the customer engineering and solution architecture teams for the service management and operation management business. He works with customers on digital IT transformation projects and adoption of DevOps, cloud scale container architecture, SRE practices, AI/ML, and intelligent automation.

Ian Russ is the EMEA Chief Architect within BMC Software’s Office of the CTO. With over 10+ years at BMC spanning multiple roles, Ian has worked extensively with major communication service providers and currently focuses on areas of new innovation for BMC where he leads the development of the telecoms vertical.

Imran Khan is senior vice president of Customer Success at BMC Software, Inc. He leads the company’s Services and Education business, Services Sales, the Customer Support organization, and the Chief Customer Office function.
Previously Imran was senior vice president of global services and a member of the executive team at JDA Software. Imran’s 1,500-strong organization was responsible for providing consulting and strategic services to most of the globe’s top supply chains, with services accounting for a third of JDA’s revenue. Prior to JDA Imran was vice president for worldwide network consulting at Hewlett Packard where he was responsible for developing the industry’s leading networking consulting business.

He is a leading IT industry analyst, author, keynote speaker, and globally recognized expert on multiple disruptive trends in enterprise technology and digital transformation.

A DevOps evangelist, Rick Slade has over 30 years of experience helping customers develop enterprise DevOps ecosystems to excel in the digital economy. Rick is a certified Scaled Agilist from the Scaled Agile Framework group and an Open Group Distinguished IT Specialist.

AVP - Communication Service Providers (CSP) leads the Sales and go-to-market strategy accountable driving the expansion of BMC’s CSP solutions and services internationally. Rob brings over 25 years of senior leadership expertise and experience in the CSP industry having worked extensively in Europe, Americas, and Asia with Cable & Wireless and Vodafone. Rob has also led operations within Cisco and also been CEO of Cisco & Microsoft Gold partners.

Robby joined BMC Software in the summer of 1999 and has been involved with automation since 1995 in a variety of roles including: end-user, administrator, pre-sales consulting and marketing. For the past 10 years his primary responsibility is talking about the current and future state of automation and how Control-M can help deliver applications, and the business services they support, faster. Prior to 1995 Robby was a UNIX systems administrator in the Chicago area at companies in the energy, financial services and manufacturing industries. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL, and resides in northwest Alabama.

Robert Blackhall, Product Development Architect for IMS System Administration products, has been with BMC since 1996, where he developed the Message Advisor for IMS and the AMI Data Extractor for IMS products. Before joining BMC, Robert supported IMS and other systems software at a telecommunications company for 16 years. Robert holds a BS in Computer Science from Wichita State University and a Masters in Management from Webster University. In his free time Robert is a cantor at his church and works with the Boy Scouts of America.

Robert Hanley is Senior Director – Finance, supporting financial consolidations and analytics. Robert has been with BMC in finance for 11 years, supporting a variety of businesses and roles. Prior to BMC, Robert worked at Ford Motor Company and Baxter Healthcare in financial planning and analytics.

Roger Hellman is a Director in Solutions Marketing and has many years of experience in Security, Automation, Discovery, and IT Service Management. During his career he has worked in Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Engineering and Finance. Roger enjoys working with our sales team and customers to help solve the challenges we all face together.

Roland has been in Data Processing since 1984 and came to Compuware in 1999 with experience as a COBOL programmer, MVS Systems Programmer, and Level 2 Help Desk Technician. At Compuware, he’s always worked in Field Technical Services. Roland loves learning about new technology, and he is passionate about helping people use Computer software.

Ross Cochran is a Principal Software Consultant with BMC Software, and has worked in IT since 1977. Mr. Cochran holds a bachelors and master’s degree in computer science and knows his way around mainframe and distributed systems.

Sam Knutson is AVP of Product Management for BMC. His past positions include Vice President of Product Management for Mainframe Performance Solutions at CA Technologies, System z Team Leader for GEICO and Senior Developer at Landmark Systems. Sam has served on the board of directors for SHARE, the world’s first and longest-running user computer group, and he is a distinguished member of the mainframe community. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from DeVry Institute of Technology. Sam is an avid trail runner and marathoner.

Sam Lakkundi serves as the Global Head of Channels, MarketZone, and Innovations at BMC Software. With a strategic vision and commitment to excellence, Sam spearheads the development and execution of BMC's global partner ecosystem. Sandra Duncan is a Senior Manager of Web Strategy at BMC. Her previous experience includes marketing management positions at Intel Corp. and Trend Micro. She has a bachelor's degree from University of California Davis and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Saurabh has 15+ years of experience in mainframes, Db2 for z/OS administration, managing product development, quality assurance, SQL Performance and team/people management. Currently he is working as Product Manager in Db2 area at BMC software. Earlier in his career, he worked for the organizations like Defence Research Development organization(DRDO), Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), NSDL(National Securities and Depository Ltd.) and HSBC at various roles. In addition, Saurabh has explored data wrangling with Python/MongoDB, DevOps practices, Mainview, MATLAB, Artificial Neural Networks/Fuzzy Logic etc. He is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and SAFe 4 certified Scrum Master and practitioner. He has a master’s in electronics and an MS in consultancy management from BITS Pilani. He has a keen interest in face reading and body language.

Seth Paskin is Director of Technical Marketing for the TrueSight portfolio. He has 20 years of IT industry experience with leading organizations such as BMC, Dell and Harte-Hanks. Seth has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics solutions for IT, having designed and built solutions for enterprise customers using technologies such as Teradata, MSSQL, MySQL, JMP, Business Objects, Microsoft Reporting Services, Tableau, Qlik and most recently, Python Pandas.

Spencer Hallman is the Product Manager for BMC AMI zAdviser products. Previously, he was the Product Manager for Strobe, the Subject Matter Expert for Mainframe Performance and Field Technical Support for Strobe. His diverse experience over the years has also included programming on multiple platforms, providing technical support and working in the Operations Research field. He has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Research from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Vermont. He lives in Devon, PA and when he’s not attending virtual meetings, enjoys walking his dogs, riding his bike and spending time with his family.

Stephanie Grubbs is a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager on the Strategic Marketing Team. As Senior Manager – Product Management, Steve Kansa leads the team of product managers building BMC’s mainframe application development and DevOps tools. He has extensive experience in Agile application development across a wide variety of technologies and industries.

Stuart Ashby is a DevOps specialist for BMC AMI DevX, where he is responsible for evangelizing enterprise DevOps and helping customers develop and nurture enterprise DevOps ecosystems. Previously, he worked as a DevOps engineer/architect at a UK retail bank. He has extensive enterprise knowledge acquired over the past 30-plus years.

Subhasish has been working with BMC Software since September 2015 and in the IT industry since August 2007 – and all these years, he has worked on the IBM Z platform and associated technologies. He is currently working as a Senior Product Manager/Owner, responsible for looking after the BMC AMI Data for IMS portfolio of components/products/solutions.

He likes to think of himself as being a technology enthusiast in general and a ‘Mainframer by heart’ in particular. He has been an IBM Z Champion for three consecutive years (2020, 2021 and 2022). He loves sharing knowledge with the technical community – through publishing articles and blogs, conducting webinars on varied technical topics, speaking at renowned User Groups/Conferences/Events, mentoring people, to name a few.

Sudip Sengupta is a TOGAF Certified Solutions Architect with more than 15 years of experience working for global majors such as CSC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and DXC Technology. Susan is the Lead Product Manager for the BMC MainView Monitoring Product Line. She is responsible for the strategy and vision for MainView products and is driving the direction for integrated system management. Susan joined BMC from IBM Tivoli where she worked with the Tivoli z portfolio and the core team for hardware/software integration. She joined IBM via the Candle Acquisition where she provided customer services for customer architectures and implementing the OMEGAMON family of products.

Tarun Kumar is a Senior Consultant with BMC Global Services. He is an expert in the design and deployment of enterprise level solutions, system and data migration strategies as well as custom application development. He has more than ten years of progressive IT experience that spans multiple disciplines and industries. Tarun is responsible for scoping, developing, enabling and delivering Remedy and other integrated Digital Service Management applications. Tom Barry, Sr. Manager Technical Support at BMC, has 15 year’s experience in Db2. Tom has held various roles including International Finance Manager, Manager of QA, and eventually Manager of Technical Support at CDB Software, Inc. Tom has been a leader in Technical Support since joining BMC in 2015. Tom holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Business from the University of Dallas.

Bloomberg.com, and Kiplinger, in addition to authoring several books, including "Artifical Intelligence Basics: A Non-Technical Introduction" and the "Robotic Process Automation Handbook." In 2022, O'Reilly Media published Tom's "Modern Mainframe Development: COBOL, Databases and Next-Generation Approaches.

Tomer is BMC product manager with hands-on experience as a software engineer and a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. He has experience in working with mainframe environments, Linux servers, and various cloud solutions such as object storage, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS Aurora, Snowflake, and more.

As a DevOps evangelist for BMC, Tony Anter is responsible for showing customers the art of what is possible when it comes to Mainframe DevOps or DevOps in general. Prior to BMC, Tony worked as the Director of Engineering CICD for a Fortune 100 credit card company where he transformed their mainframe platform to use a modern DevOps approach.

Olatoye is a Certified Kubernetes Administrator and experienced DevOps/Platform engineering Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology and Services industry.

Vaibhav is a dedicated professional with a passion for software development. Zach Warren Senior Software Engineer, IT Unum | Starmount | Colonial Life Zach has 19+ years of experience as a Control-M Administrator with in-depth knowledge of versions 2.24 to v19. He spent 11 years in outsourcing (IBM and ACS) and provided primary administrative support for a large number of Control-M sites. He’s performed countless installations and upgrades on various platforms, supported disaster recovery, and heavily automated many manual tasks related to Control-M.

Zach has also had the opportunity to work with BMC developers on the initial buildup of Control-M Self Service and Application Integrator. He’s always performed both roles - scheduler and admin which has been an advantage in creating highly complex scheduling scenarios to support the business.
