Stela Udovicic

Stela Udovicic, Sr. Director at BMC, leads the global Solutions Marketing team within the Digital Service Operations and Management Business Unit. Her team is responsible for marketing GenAI, AIOps, and Service Management products. With expertise spanning enterprise software, including GenAI and ML, analytics, cloud, DevOps, security, and networking, she combines marketing expertise with technological depth.
Prior to BMC, Stela was VP of Marketing at several startups, including Era Software, which was acquired by ServiceNow, where she established and led the marketing function. Before that, she led product marketing teams at VMware and Splunk in the observability, DevOps, networking, and storage domains, executing more than 20 launches. Stela has spoken at many major conferences, including Splunk's .conf, Cisco Live, RSA, DevOps Days, VMworld, NetApp Insight, and more. She holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering.
