As Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff at BMC Software, Michelle Carbone is a trailblazer in driving operational excellence. As a key member of BMC’s executive leadership team, she oversees value creation across the entire customer lifecycle including revenue operations, shared services and analytics, as well as the transformation office. Under her leadership, Michelle has helped accelerate BMC’s overall digital transformation while delivering an enhanced customer, partner, and employee experience.

In addition to her passion for work and driving transformation, Michelle prioritizes giving back to her community and teams through Women in Technology & Business organizations and is an executive sponsor and personal supporter for BMC’s participation in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. A champion for diversity, Michelle is also an advocate for the Latin Employee Resource Group at BMC honoring her own heritage.
