Joseph Feirouz

Joseph Feirouz is the IT Service Management (ITSM) Federal Practice Lead with BMC Customer Success. In this role, he oversees service delivery to commercial and US Federal government agency clients. As an expert in the ITSM space, Joe specializes in the process, design and deployment of enterprise level solutions. With more than 25 years of on-site client experience around ITSM, Joe has led significant system consolidation engagements and provided consultation to clients across a broad range of industries including energy, financial services, retail, technology, and manufacturing as well as various defense and civilian government agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Rhode Island and is certified in ITIL and CompTIA Security+.
